Noisy Pig… Bernardo Santarelli. The man with the thousand faces, the witty and genius musical and video performer, and the ones who never sleeps. He is always in search of creating demanding art with the right portion of wit. His live performances are something between the classic cabaret of the 20’s and the intellectual performances of the electronic pioneers of the eighties (like Klaus Nomi)… Noisy Pig is in my perception the first extraterrestrial from the planet ART who residences on earth.
His newest stroke of genius a 5-track EP is called “Replica”, like you may expect it’s a firework of humor and arty music. Noisy Pig merges Punk attitude with demanding music collages. A LoFi guitar, synthpop and playful melodies, the result is a wonderful weird sound crowned with sarcastic lyrics with queer content. It’s amazing how Noisy Pig combines bittersweet wit with his outstanding intelligent sound-collages. Wonderful, rough, and colorful…. As I said before let’s go to cabaret!
